What You’ll Be Working On-

  • Maintain quality systems and laboratory services in support of the QA Managers. Create and manage data within quality management data systems such as supplier records and related documentation
  • Primary contact for category complaint management. Respond to complaints and concerns, process issues, follow up on cases, and communicate directly with franchisees. Validate incidents and performance using scientific and quality assurance theory, practice and tools
  • Accountable for the administration, shipment and receipt of product samples. Responsible for the maintenance and organization of lab and storage areas
  • Conduct and/or coordinate product performance evaluation, measurement, and analysis. Calibrate laboratory process and equipment to assure accuracy and adherence to Dunkin’ Brands standards, requirements and specifications
  • Assess suppliers and/or restaurant processes & facilities against defined standards. Accountable for managing the supplier approval documentation and restaurant tools (i.e. shelf life grid, allergen grid, red/pink book, etc.)
  • Maintain supplier quality databases, data and create product and supplier quality performance reports as needed. Maintain records and files in accordance with quality systems requirement and quality team’s needs.

What You’ll Need-

  • Bachelor Degree in Food Science or related field
  • 1+ year experience in quality assurance or related food industry is preferred
  • General knowledge of food safety principles, FDA Food Code and Code of Federal Regulations
  • Proficient to the Quality Manager’s satisfaction in all analytical techniques required for the verification of product compliance to performance and technical specifications
  • Working knowledge of Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), ISO and GFSI Standards, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Model Food Code and FSMA, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Statistical Process Control and general food microbiology
  • The ability to travel up to 10%
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
