Harvard Pilgrim Health Care is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our organization as Marketing Specialist for our Medicare business. This support role is responsible for assisting with the planning and development of marketing initiatives to meet Harvard Pilgrim's retiree product Sales and Marketing goals. With the manager, he/she implements strategies and tactics for all retiree products, including sales collateral, coordinating direct marketing and media planning and development, tactical implementation and reporting. He/she will also manage vendor relationships and ensure integrated alignment of CMS regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Read/analyze CMS regulations and updates to the Marketing Guidelines when issued
  • Work closely with Operations, Legal and Compliance to interpret these regulations
  • Work with external agency to develop Sales collateral for Medicare beneficiary audiences
  • Oversee quality and accuracy of media communications and advertising content
  • Perform out-of-the-box thinking, collaborate with others, and make a difference every day!
WHAT YOU NEED:
-Experience in Medicare, healthcare, insurance, and/or sales and marketing
environments preferred
-General understanding of CMS regulations, Medicare, Social Security
-Experience in data analysis and reporting, tactical implementation, advertising and direct marketing preferred
-Attention to detail, documentation, ability to work and focus in a fast-paced environment
-Strong communication skills; creative writing, proofreading, and collaboration
