What You’ll Be Working On-

  • With a focus on Organization Culture, track and assessemployee attitudes & beliefs and work with client groups to ensure employee engagement at all levels
  • Understand and implement initiatives to positively impact talent needs of client groupsand build our employment brand
  • Assess talent and skill gaps and identify plans for developing future leaders
  • Leverage talent metrics and employment data to drive strategic workforce planning
  • Partner withTalent Acquisition team and hiring managersto attract and select the most qualified candidates available to fill open positions
  • Ensure company culture welcomes diverse population, supports inclusion and employees in achieving career goals within the organization
  • Drive Performance Management process which includesgoal setting, competency assessments, development and succession planningto ensure a feedback rich culture where each employee is working to develop and grow
  • Create a consistent, positive work atmosphere through the communication and enforcement of Human Resource policies and procedures
  • Resolve employee relations issues through appropriate investigation, coaching and documentation
  • Support an on-boarding process that sets new employees up for success
  • Support functional leaders’ ability to improve individual and team engagement through effective communication, recognition and reinforcement
  • Utilize team-building activities, team bonding events and other informal tools to keep employees connected, informed and motivated

What You’ll Need-

  • 4+years Human Resource experiencepreferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experiencerequire, PHR/SPHR preferred
  • Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
  • Experience creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
  • Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning
  • Excellent people and organizational skills, strong oral and written communication
  • Team player with the ability to gain consensus through collaboration and open dialogue
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve without direction
