Purpose of Position-

This person will be the lifeblood of the Brand Stewardship team; the glue that holds it all together. They will ensure the entire team hums along as one perfectly tuned engine to deliver the modern, relevant Dunkin’ brand in today’s fast-paced, consumer-driven world.

What You’ll Be Working On-

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules and production timelines across brand stewardship team and agency partners
  • Work with admin assistants to plan and coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders, agency partners
  • Ensuring integration of internal departments throughout planning and creative development process
  • Financial tracking: interface with DD project leads, agency acct teams, DD finance to plan and track spend against strategic initiatives/deliverables
  • Assist project teams with production activities: product orders, color correct packaging orders, logistics
  • Oversee admin/execution of creative asset libraries. Liaison between national and local agency partners on creative asset share-outs
  • Assist teams with development of presentation materials: decks, videos, kickoff events
  • Assist teams with delivering brand guidelines on packaging and other key brand assets

What You’ll Need-

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1-2 years Advertising or Marketing experience
